Yushan blended malt, made from 100% barley malt and mixed malt, ripened in bourbon and sherry barrels, combines traditional skills and modernity in the production of the Nantu distillery. With this, whiskeys honor the beauty and spirituality of Yu Shan Mountain, part of the idyllic Taiwanese landscape.
Nose: Light, cereals and dried fruits in the nose.
Taste: Juicy honey and tropical fruits run down the palate.
Finish: Delicate finish of citrus fruits and barley malt.
