PRODUCTION AREA Mezzacorona cultivates this variety in Trentino, at an altitude of 660980 ft.
VINIFICATION Traditional white vinification with a brief contact on the skins to ensure the transfer of the grape’s aromas and characteristics to the wine, followed by a controlled fermentation at low temperature.
CHARACTERISTICS It has and enhanced fruity flavor with notes of red and yellow apples, apricot, white melon ans citrus fruits. It is dry, harmonius and with balanced acidity.

PAIRINGS Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs with appetizers, soups, vegetables and fish.
