A classic Barbaresco made with Nebbiolo grapes coming from our vineyards in Treiso and Barbaresco. Suggested with savoury dishes, grilled meats and cheese.

Vine training method Guyot

Vinification 40-60 days in steel tanks with submerged cap.

Temperature controlled

Aging 18 months in Slavonian oak casks

Colour Garnet red with ruby reflex

Aroma Intense with pepper, chocolate and liquorice

Taste Harmonious and velvety with soft tannins

Alcohol Content 14,5%

Serving Temperature 14-16° C
