At 50 ABV, the palate abounds with layered notes of caramel, rich oak and spice, giving way to a pleasant, lingering finish. This whiskey builds on Old No. 7 with a darker color due to the intense interaction between the alcoholic beverage and the barrels, giving a new reading of 50 degrees alcohol.
