The Insight wines come from a single vineyard in the unique Waihopai Valley, in Marlborough, New Zealand, owned by the independent family company Vinultra led by the talented Evelyn Fraser, former Cloudy Bay winemaker.
Using 100% sustainable viticulture techniques, and thanks to Mother Nature - the exceptional combination of soil, topography, water content, sunlight and temperature, premium wines are created that are intensely aromatic and full of flavor, a full sensory experience that then is detailed on each bottle's highly informative label.
Sauvignon Blanc grapes are picked by hand, then the fruit is quickly transported to the winery to preserve the natural aroma. The juice settles in the cold.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to bring out the varietal's natural aromas.
Color: Light straw yellow.
Aroma: Elegant with notes of tender passionfruit, juicy mango, crunchy snow peas and distinctive, wet river stones.
Taste: Fresh, bright and elegant sauvignon blanc with notes of tomato leaves, crisp red pepper, ripe pink grapefruit and fresh basil.

FOOD PAIRING: Excellent wine as an aperitif. A pleasant combination with starters, Asian cuisine and dishes with fish, pasta and seafood.
