It is produced only with grapes from our own vineyards, grown in Alto Adige, in the hills around Salorno. The rich microclimate, manual selection of the grapes and careful vinification give this wine organoleptic characteristics, and matured in small oak barrels for about 10 months, the wine acquires a complex finish.

CHARACTERISTICS: Color: Garnet red.

Bouquet: Complex, ethereal, characteristic.

Taste: Dry, slightly bitter aftertaste, full, pleasant oak, with hints of cherry and berries for the finish.

ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13%

COMBINATION WITH DISHES: Recommended with roasted or grilled red meat, poultry, delicious aged cheese.
