This fortified wine of amber colour and complex smell originates from the Grillo, Inzolia and Catarratto grapes in the origin area of western Sicily.

At least 12 months in oaken casks.

Prestigious wine thanks to the high quality of the grapes and the ancient handcrafted production. The obtained winе is refined in oak barrels to exalt smells and typicality. Warm, amber colour, with harmonious bouquet. It is a special meditation wine.

Best if served with any kind of pastry, especially those made of almonds and ricotta. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
